Just enjoying what some of the campers have been emailing us about camp…I love getting emails from kids whose lives were touched and deepened from a week at church camp:
“Camp was great. I have been there four years and this year was my very favorite! You and Andy were such great deans. What I liked most how you talked to us. You talked just like I was talking to one of my friends my age and every thing wasn’t all churchy G-rated and that was great. And I could understand you guys really well! I hope you come back next year for senior high camp!”
“She said that u and Andy made her first year “THA BOMB!” (those were her actual words) :) But we all really appreciate your willingness to help us on our journeys. You guys really were tha best deans we’ve ever had..*no joke man!* ….it waz like u knew what we were goin’ through, well u probably did, but it made us feel really cool and welcome, so THANX!!! :)”
