Spring = Sarongs!

April 6, 2005 Adam Walker Cleaveland

It’s spring in Princeton finally (it’s supposed to be 70 degrees today!). And you know what that means…well, it means a lot of things. You know the day when "spring" finally hits, and you walk around a university campus, and you’re like…"Uhhh, yah. So apparently everyone got the memo that it’s spring and all of a sudden clothes are starting to come off…" Well, it means that. And it means that people are getting antsy, and ready to be done with school…yah, lots of stuff.

But mostly, at least for Peter and I, it means it’s time to bust out the sarongs…I wore this at Whitworth pretty often my senior year (I was inspired by my Resident Director, Harry, while I was an RA my senior year) and got plenty of odd looks. I received equally as many today…"Uhh, so what is that?"

"Dude…nice…uh, skirt?"

So here you are ladies….Peter and Adam. Sarongs…yah, can it get any better? Any chance we can get a shout out from you IWU or Calvin students reading this blog?? You out there?
