Nablus

Just a quick note for all of you out there. I don’t know if anyone ran across any news of there being some shooting in Nablus early this morning. Someone just mentioned that to us when we got home today from Nablus, but everything seemed fine (as “fine” as things can be in Nablus). We had an amazing tour of the city today from some Muslim students from An-Hajan National University, saw the Old City of Nablus, saw the New Askar Refugee Camp and bought some Nablus soap (apparently, world-renown soap made in Nablus). Tomorrow, when I have more time, I’ll post a few pictures and some amazing stories of our entry through the Nablus checkpoint, but just to give you a preview, the title of that post will be: “Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Aristotle Open Doors.”
