No more LDR…

May 8, 2006 Adam Walker Cleaveland

The LDR (long-distance relationship) is done. Sarah and I are now together, and we’re at the 20 day countdown until the wedding! Crazy, and yet, as Sarah said last night, also very normal. On my drive entering Atlanta yesterday, I listened to Queen’s “We are the Champions” as I experienced my last few minutes of the LDR. It feels good to be here, yet still unreal in some ways. I feel like in a week or so I’ll pack up my suitcase and go back home. But I won’t. I’m here. And it is wonderful. And it is happening…
