I’ve blogged about Harp 46 before, but after they did the music for our ceremony, I have to give them yet one more shout-out. April, Nuc & Posido are amazing. They were wonderful, put up with my ‘bridezilla’-tendency (more on that later) for an intense (read=anal) need for perfection, and played some absolutely beautiful music at the wedding. They played prelude music, Pachelbel’s Canon as Sarah walked down the aisle, a special piece with my sister on the flute and some wonderful postlude music. Everyone after the ceremony just raved about their music.
I’m so glad Sarah and I asked them to celebrate with us on our wedding weekend. April Stace Vega has played her harp at a lot of weddings, but apparently this was the very first official Harp 46 wedding gig with Nuc & Posido as well; and it was amazing. I’m still in the process of figuring out how to get the tape of our ceremony onto a CD, but if that happens, I’ll try and stick some audio samples up here. I’m sure many of you are familiar with Harp 46, but if you aren’t, please check out their site here, and listen to some tunes on iTunes here.
