Blogging for The Presbyterian Outlook at GA

March 28, 2008 Adam Walker Cleaveland

While I’m having a hell of a time finding a job/call for the next few years, I have at least one job for a week in June. I’ll be attending the Presbyterian Church (USA)’s General Assembly in San Jose. I’ve been hired by The Presbyterian Outlook (which should be launching their new website in the next few months) to be the official blogger at GA. This will be the first GA I’ve ever been to, and so I think it should be interesting, blogging as a recently-graduated seminarian about the ins-and-outs of the PCUSA General Assembly. I’ll have press credentials and the whole deal, so it should be fun. Let me know if you’re going to be at GA and we can try and connect. I’ll be hanging out with presbymergent folks as well. I’ll be arriving Friday, June 20th, and I’ll hopefully get to catch the Chuch Basement Roadshow in San Jose that night with Doug, Tony and Mark. See you at GA ’08.
