Update: I dropped off my computer at the Apple Store today and they are just giving me a new hard drive. As this is the second, and not the third time, they won’t give me a new computer. But, I did convince them to give me a new top casing for the computer, as my trackpad was worn down pretty good. So, they are doing it! I should be able to pick it up tomorrow or the next day. It was ready tonight (only 3 hrs after I dropped it off) but I think it’s worth it to wait around for a new casing.
Just a quick update. We were moved today by Tri-Valley Bekins and we had a great experience. We are getting settled into our new place this weekend and are really enjoying it.
In other news, I’m pretty sure my hard drive is fried. I am going to try to get to the Pleasanton Apple Store tomorrow. Second time on this computer that my hard drive has gone out. I got that awesome blinking question mark in a box and it won’t load at all. Maybe I can convince them I need a new one.
