Well, it’s only been a few days since my last update, but I want to keep these regular. I gained 1/2 a pound. But considering that we had friends over on Saturday and grilled steaks (I didn’t even bother to add up my points for Saturday…), had a chocolate zuchinni bread and a chocolate cake in our house for a couple days and considering that I found myself snacking a lot yesterday…I wasn’t surprised. So 1/2-pound isn’t too bad considering all of that.
This week, in addition to keeping up with what I’ve been doing, I think I’m going to add in TAIslim. A new friend has recently suggested this to me, and actually sent me a free bottle (that lasts about a week) to try out. It’s a liquid supplement that is supposed to fight abdominal fat, enhance metabolism, help control appetite and cleanse and replenish. Supposedly you’re supposed to be able to lose about 5lbs/week with this. I know people say that losing any more than 2lbs/week isn’t the best – but I don’t really think I’ll be able to lose 5lbs with just TAIslim. But my friend speaks highly of it, has used it and thinks it’s worthwhile, so I’m going to give it a shot. I’ll probably start later today or tomorrow.
