Another good day in Jersey. Sorry I can’t post my photos right now, but I’m sure you would get a kick out of them. I spent today sitting through presentations by Housing and Financial Aid departments on campus. I also got a chance to have my interview, which went very well. I took a lot of pictures of the campus [as today was an extremely beautiful day], and spent time talking with friends [both students and fellow prospectives]. This evening we had a formal banquet with PTS professors. Afterwards, a group of six prospective students went down to a coffee shop, talked, listened to music, and then we went off to the D-Bar again — to catch the “weekend feeling” of the place. It’s an extremely interesting place, as students from Princeton University, Princeton University’s graduate school, and the Seminarians all join together to drink, talk, dance, listen to music, shoot pool, etc. We were there tonight, I had a few Newcastles (20ozs for $2.75) and had a fun time hanging out with some friends and taking a lot of pictures (which, again, will be online when I return home to Idaho….Idaho…? Do I really live in Idaho — I’m getting sort of attached to Jersey – at least the bars). And that’s about it for today – so I’m off to bed now (it’s 1.30am). Tomorrow we have some more presentations, a tour of the University and I’m meeting with someone who is involved in some alternative worship here on campus – should be interesting…
