And the break will end. And the classes will begin, the papers will be assigned, the Hebrew vocab quizzes will happen every week. But it is good. You can only do nothing for so long.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this break…so good to just be friends, watch movies, hang out, get alone time, blog and spend time surfing the net without guilt of things that need to be done. Today we received around 8-10″ of snow – beautiful snow – and Josh and I spent a good portion of the day driving around in it and doing some shopping (got a sweet new swivel-chair for my room, some sportcoats at the thrift store, Coke and cream to go along with our Kahlua, and other misc. treats). Tonight we ate with friends, talked about our breaks, and watched High Fidelity. Josh and I played in the snow; I was jumping into piles of snow and then we played in the snow together. Tomorrow we do house church in my room, and then prepare for school to start up. Katie comes home from 3-weeks in Egypt, and she’ll be throwing hundreds of pictures up on her newly-created blog, so you’ll get to see some sweet pictures soon. I’m excited for classes, and for a routine to start up again. Breaks are good…but I’m ready for something new…
